We believe that clear communication and transparency are key to building a strong relationship with our clients. That’s why we have established policies that prioritize your safety, comfort, and satisfaction. We are committed to ensuring that your experience with us is positive and meets your expectations. Please take a moment to review our policies and do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.

Spa Arrival Procedures

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. We cannot guarantee you will receive the services you reserved if you arrive late.

If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call us and let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate you. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus decreasing its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment time will not be extended as we cannot delay the next guest and any deposit and or full value of your treatment will be charged.

If we are not able to contact you, we reserve the right to consider your appointment time forfeited and accommodate other clients within your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

We value your time, as we do for all of our clients. Our front desk and technicians all do their very best to see to it that you are seen at your scheduled time.

Please confirm your reservation or call to cancel.
Cancellations must be made over the phone by calling us at:
(956) 446-6152.
We DO NOT accept cancellations by email or text.

NO SHOW / NO CALL
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you do not cancel in accordance with our 24-hour Cancellation Policy, you will lose any deposit made and or charged the full amount for each scheduled service you missed.

Failure to pay the fee may result in revoking your online booking privileges. Clients who are no-shows on more than one occasion will be required to pay in advance for any reserved appointments.

SERVICES
We have a no refund policy on services completed.

RETAIL PRODUCTS / COLLECTIONS
Unused/unopened retail products/spa robes and accessories may be refunded within 6 days of purchase. We offer an exchange or spa credit for any retail products, spa robes and accessories returned within 10 days, so long as the products aren’t damaged unopened and /or unused with proper tags still on.

SPA GIFT CARDS
Our gift cards can be purchased at the spa, over the phone, or on our website at www.elanskin.com. If you purchase a Get More For Less gift card, it cannot be used on any discounted services or packages. If you are purchasing as gift card for someone else, it must go in the receiver’s name in our system. The value of the gift card may be exchanged for services and products. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The gift card must be presented at the time of service and used within one year. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are not valid of gratuities.

TECHNOLOGY
We ask that you kindly silence cell phones, tablets and all other devices be before entering the spa.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS & VALUABLES
ELAN Medical Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Please leave your valuables at home.
